About the studio
Built, not assembled.
kdev studio is a small team of developers and designers based in Prague. We build websites by hand for clients around the world — from quick landing pages to full sites and online stores.
We don't use templates or page-builders. Every project is written from scratch, which means it loads faster, behaves exactly the way it should, and is genuinely yours to own. No monthly platform lock-in, no bloated plugins.
We're a small studio on purpose. That keeps us close to every project — you talk to the people actually building your site, not an account manager. We take on a limited number of clients at a time so each one gets real attention.
Our range runs from a single landing page to a full marketplace. We recently designed and shipped 3DMarketShop — a live European marketplace for 3D-printed goods, built end to end on Django with Stripe payments, multi-vendor selling, and EU-wide shipping. Whatever the size, the approach is the same: understand the goal, design it carefully, and build it properly. Reliable, flexible, and built around what you actually need.

FAQ
How long does a project take?
A landing page is usually one to two weeks. A full website or store is typically three to six weeks, depending on scope and how fast feedback comes back. We give you a realistic timeline in the brief — and we keep to it.
How do you price?
Per project, not per hour — so you know the number before we start. The price depends on scope: pages, features, whether you need a store or a CMS. After the brief call we send a fixed quote with no surprises.
Do I own the code and design?
Completely. When we ship, you get every file and full ownership. No platform lock-in, no licensing strings. You can host it anywhere and edit it with anyone.
Can you handle hosting and a domain?
Yes. We deploy to fast modern hosting (Vercel or Netlify) and connect your domain. If you'd rather manage it yourself, we hand everything over with a short walkthrough.
What about revisions?
Revisions during the design and build phase are included — we iterate until it's right. After launch, we're available for tweaks and support; ongoing changes are billed simply and transparently.
